Dogstar Long Beach Concert reviews
Amazing Show.
It was raining ashes from a fire nearby, making it very hot. That was the only bad thing.
The next band Breaking Benjamin was amazing. I didn't really catch the first Act but could hear them as we were entering the venue. They really kicked ass. I didn't really know much their music so I didn't know what to expect. I was completely blown away by not just the music but the singers.
Next up was Bush. Had been looking forward to seeing them for a long time and they did not disappoint. Gavin Rossdale went out into the crowd singing and it was just fun.
Dogstar started off a little rough. Had never seen them before either and they did not let me down. It didn't seem like the lead singer's microphone was turned up enough. It got better halfway through the set. The only real bummer of the whole thing was no encore.
I'm really getting tired of these venues shutting down at exactly a certain time. If you move close to a concert venue deal with it. It's a concert venue with loud noises. What did you expect when you moved there? If people want to move close to Disney you're going to expect fireworks every night at 9:30. Does Disney shut them down? No!
All in all, it was a great day.
